Summary. The extension reads a page only when you click it. It keeps nothing. It sends nothing until you press a button, and then it opens Tripsora with your question in the address.

The extension never reads a page in the background, never reads other tabs, and never reads form fields, passwords, cookies or your browsing history. Reading the current tab works through Chrome's "activeTab" permission, which only applies after you click the extension.
Nothing. The extension has no storage permission, no account, no analytics and no tracking code. It sets no cookies.
When you press "Ask Tripsora", or choose the right-click action, the extension opens a new tab at www.tripsora.com. Your question, the text you selected or the page title, and any options you chose (such as who is travelling, budget or trip length) are put in the web address, and Tripsora's travel agent answers them. The address also carries utm_source=chrome-extension, so we can count visits that came from the extension.
From that point, Tripsora handles your data and our main Privacy Policy applies, including how the travel agent processes your questions and what is kept. We do not sell or share extension data with anyone else.
The extension contains no affiliate links and does not change or replace links on any website. Tour, hotel and activity links that appear in Tripsora's answers may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. See our Privacy Policy and terms for details.
