Tripsora's AI trip planners help travellers build day-by-day plans. When a traveller wants to talk it through with someone who knows the place, we introduce them to a local agency like yours.
How it works
Four steps from application to your first request.
Apply
Tell us who you are, where you work and your licence or membership. We email a link to confirm your address. It takes a few minutes.
We review
We read each application by hand, usually within a few working days. If we can take you on, we email you a payment link.
You subscribe
Pay by card through Stripe: £99 setup, then £49 a month. You choose the countries you cover.
You get requests
Requests arrive by email and on your agency page. Accept or decline each one, then reply to the traveller directly.
What a request contains
- The traveller's name and email address
- Their destination, dates and number of travellers
- A note on what they would like to talk about
- A link to the day-by-day plan they built with us
The traveller has confirmed by email and agreed to share these details with a local expert. Nothing is shared before that.
What we expect from you
- A real, established business with the licences and insurance the law requires (for example ABTA or ATOL protection for UK travel, or your local equivalent)
- A reply to the traveller within 2 working days when you take a request
- Honest, accurate advice and prices, and no pressure to buy
- Careful handling of the traveller's details, used only to answer their request

Who the travellers are
People who plan trips with Tripsora, TripBuilder, Trip-Planner and RoutePlanner, mostly in Brazil, the US, the UK, Argentina, Pakistan and India. They arrive with a plan, a budget table and dates, so the conversation starts well beyond "where should I go?".
Questions
Do you take a commission?
No. We charge the setup fee and the monthly subscription, nothing per referral and no share of any booking. The booking and the money are between you and the traveller.
Do I have to take every request?
No. You can accept or decline any request, for any reason. Declining costs nothing extra and the traveller is not told. We may offer it to someone else.
Which destinations do I receive requests for?
The countries you tell us you cover. We match each request to an agency by its destination.
How do I cancel or pause?
Sign in to your agency page to cancel at the end of the month you have paid for, to update your card or to pause new requests. You can also write to [email protected].
Is anything charged when I apply?
No. You pay only after we approve your application and you follow the payment link we email you.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to review your application and to send you requests. See section 2.11 of our Privacy Policy.
